Making a Change program for addiction and financial recovery through skill-building and exercises including financial and nutrition courses.
Reduce the Risk safe medication disposal program
Itasca County and Aitkin County in partnership with the University of Minnesota- Extension hosted changemakers retreats to help people recovering from addiction, by increasing understanding of substance use disorders and building community support.
Current Projects:
Itasca County Sheriff Department works with the Leech Lake Tribal Police Department to divert persons with substance use from incarceration or law enforcement interaction.

Schools: student and parent coalitions in Aitkin, Grand Rapids, and International Falls working to reduce alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use by students
